Who we are

Siso Food (KvK 42145623, BTW NL005532241B04), Beek en Donk, the Netherlands, is the controller of the personal data described in this policy. You can reach us at info@sisofood.nl.

What we collect

We only collect what you give us. When you submit the contact or quote form, that means your name, email address, and optionally your phone number, event date, guest count, location, budget range and the message itself.

If you accept analytics cookies, we also receive anonymised statistics about how the site is used: pages viewed, time on page, approximate region. This never includes your name or email.

Why we use it

• To answer your enquiry and prepare a quote; the legal basis is the steps taken at your request before entering a contract.
• To fulfil an agreed booking and keep the records Dutch tax law requires us to keep.
• To improve the website, based on your consent for analytics cookies.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to a booking are deleted after 12 months. Records relating to an actual booking are kept for 7 years, as required by the Dutch Tax Administration. Analytics data is retained for 14 months.

Who else sees it

Your data is stored on servers within the European Union. We use a small number of processors (hosting, email delivery and analytics), each bound by a processing agreement. We never sell or trade personal data.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete or export your data, to object to processing and to withdraw consent at any time. Email info@sisofood.nl and we will respond within one month. You can also complain to the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.

Security

The site runs over HTTPS, form submissions are rate-limited and bot-protected, and access to the admin panel requires an individual account with a strong password.
