Method

  1. Mix the butter and sugar. Cream them together until well combined

  2. Add the eggs. Mix until fully incorporated

  3. Add the dry ingredients. Add the vanilla, baking powder, and flour. Knead until you have a smooth cookie dough

  4. Divide the dough into 3 equal portions. Add your favourite ingredients to each portion.

  5. You can make all three portions the same flavour or create three completely different cookies. Want even more variety? Mix and match your favourite ingredients to create endless combinations!

Freeze Now, Bake Later ❄️

  1. Place the dough on a sheet of plastic wrap, then roll it up into a log. This will help you achieve evenly shaped, uniform round cookies when you slice the dough.

  2. Store in the freezer until you need freshly baked cookies.

Ready to Bake? πŸͺ

  1. Remove a dough log from the freezer and let it sit at room temperature for 5–10 minutes.

  2. Slice the dough into cookies and arrange them on a baking tray lined with baking paper.

  3. Bake in a preheated oven at 180Β°C (350Β°F) for 12–15 minutes, or until lightly golden

  4. Let them cool slightly before enjoying!
